its just normal to get pimples on your groin part. its not herpes! so you're safe. well im not saying that you are not performing proper body hygiene but you need to be more conscious of that region of your body since its always covered with your pants, underwear or boxer shorts and often times when we fail to properly clean or wash it with water and soap tendency is you will have pimples on your groin. for the meantim use a loose or sem-loose boxer shorts and when you take a bath use a Neutorogena soap anti -acne its very effective in takin out pimples without drying your skin since it will hyrdate your skin and close your pore as not to have the dirt enter it. in less that 2 weeks that should be gone.

Pimples can break out anywhere on a persons body. It is possible for someone to have breakouts just about anywhere. Our neither region is one of many. Now consider this, do you wear tight undies? Work in a hot or warm environment? If so, this can lead to break outs or even worse, ingrown hairs that look like pimples. How to get rid of them you ask? Simple, wash the effected area with soap used to treat acne and use an acne cream directly on the pimples, if that doesn't clear them up chances are you have ingrown hairs and the only thing that normally clears those up is time.

Pinching them will only irritate the area more and cause more break outs.

Good Luck, hope you find some relief with something.

not herpes. make sure you are using a sharp new blade if you decide to shave down there. it could just be ingrown hairs, if so make sure you apply shaving cream and cool off with cold water so your pores close back up.
