Do you mean in photoshop?
Simply go to Image, Rotate Canvas, Flip Horizontal.

Open it in paint, go to the Image menu, select Flip/Rotate and choose flip horizontal.

If you did it already then you must have some kind of photo sofware, look under options or effects or similar for 'FLIP' and select that, when you have your picture opened.

use an image program to flip it horizontally

flop the neg if using film. flog the image if using digital.
