I don't, just like you can't prove that you were alive yesterday, or that you will be alive tomorrow...

Hi Crazy Kod.
I know I am me when I know you are you. Everything on earth, including humans, is proportional to each others. So I am me as long as you are you. In the same way, I am me as long as this thing (the house, the town, the post .... etc,) is it. However, you are not the same all the time, you are always changing, The most important thing is that you know the real self of you each time. Thus, you can spend a life longtime recognizing yourself.

I seem to have a fairly consistent memory. That consitency of memory and sensory iinput is strong evidence for me being me.

I don't, but neither does anyone else, so it doesn't bother me. This is kind of a Matrix-esk question.

Dr. Seuss told me so.
“Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.”
