since he left you for another why not do something to him and let him think about it. Like walk up to him smiling dressed in your sexiest jeans and knee him in the balls as hard as you can... Then when he is on the ground make him smell your shoe, he is now yours and he will follow you to the far ends of the earth but don't ever let him forget what he did to you...

Leave it be. He made his choice now make yours, and i think it would be best to show him that your waiting for him to make a choice on whats going to happen with your future, your taking control of it and your not wanting him, your wanting someone who want you and not look at you as second best. I would make it clear he had his chance and when he choice not to be with you than thats it, no more second chances, because theres a guy out there that would choice you first and wouldnt over look it
