That would be called "insurance Fraud" & its against the law... if you get away with it & then later have an accident & try to file a claim......guess what ?......They don't have to pay your claim !
& they can sue you !
You're better off just fessing up & telling the truth.

You will be caught eventually - maybe not initially - they may approve you at a lower rate, but they will check your abstracts and past insurance history and once the info comes back, you will be invoiced more, and if you choose not to pay they will drop you and keep what is owing of the higher amount, and your rating will go to a Zero and your insurance will be more wherever you choose to go - if you can find a company to pick you back up after that, in addition to the higher rate that you will be charged based on your infractions.
It is not a good idea to try and get away with it, because you will have to pay more in the end.
Best of luck.

No. Insurance companies are required to run a report of your driving record before putting the policy in force. If you want an accurate quote, be upfront about your accidents and tickets.

All major companies now pull an MVR either before the policy is written or immediately afterwards. You will be surchharged for accidents and violations if they show up then. Most companies only go back 3 years but some go back 5

It's not going to happen. Almost all companies now run MVR's on their customers, alot of them now require it before you can even sell a policy. I've worked in insurance for 4 and a half years and I've never seen anyone get away with it yet. You may get by with it on a quote but once it is submitted to the company they will find it.

NO, you can't get away with it. They will find out when they pull your MVR report and when they run a CLUE report. Better tell them know so you're not seen as a liar. Insurance companies know everything!

Yes, they will find out. It would not suprise me, if you lied on your insurance application and you had an accident, your insurance would not cover you. Honesty is still the best policy.
