There isn't such a way, if a knockout happens it happens there is no plan. The majority of knockouts the you see on your T.V aren't planned or easy. The punch is usually delivered to the temple or jaw, but you can be TKO'd with a body shot just look at what Bernard Hopkins did to Oscar De La Hoya in their fight, nothing better than a well placed left hook to the body.
J2theOE, if by chance you find an "Easiest/Best way to knock someone out let me know so I can pass it along to every Trainer out there who's been looking for that answer for years.

someone only gets knocked out when their brain actually moves in their skull -it's like a switch - you can talk about chin, jaw, temple, etc but the punch must be a crisp, quick, powerful punch FIRST - I've seen boxers who crumple to the canvas from what looks like phantom punches but the punch was delivered in a vulnerable spot with some thump behind it - why do you think the heavyweights have the most knockouts? the fly weights and the Little guys kill each other for 12 rounds and no one gets knocked out - that's why the little dudes are at the highest risk - they take the most punches

In a fistfight, hitting your opponent on the chin is the easiest or best way to knock them out.

The three knockout points on the head are the chin (The "Button"), the hinges of the jaw, and the temples. Any clean shot there has a chance of a knockout. I've seen sparks!

Roy Jones Jr. lost the first of his three striaght fights to GlenAllen Johnson by taking a body shot to the solar plexus which made him crumple like a deck of cards.
