Tell him not to hang around people he feels are stuck up, or maybe they are not stuck up just maybe they dont like him and he cannot take a hint.

Why are girls so stuck up? That's a very global generalization... Yes, a lot of girls are stuck up, but a lot of guys are stuck up, too. It's probably the same percentage of each group, but because he's a guy and he'll run into girls who will reject him for one reason or other, he'll see the girls who are stuck up more often than the guys who are stuck up.

That's quite a generalization but.... Usually people who act stuck-up or conceited are doing so to hide their own insecurities. Some of them are willing to treat other people poorly at any cost to feel superior themselves.
It happens a lot with teens and young adults as they struggle to find their identity and place in the world.

Granted, some girls are stuck up as well as some guys, however as far as "all" girls being stuck up, I dont think so. It has to do with the way you relate yourself to a person.

some girls feel there better than others,and don't take the time to know some one, but all girls are not like that. tell your friend to look in a different place to meet someone

girls are stuck up for many reasons. i usually just stay away from them girls and give them no attention watsoever.
