It will take her some time, but in a few more days she should "dry up" and stop producing milk. If she still looks like she is producing milk after a few days or so, it would be best to take her to the vet, just to see if there might be an infection.
Have you looked into getting her fixed (spayed)? She would never have to worry about nursing little kittens again, and there are so many unwanted kittens in the world that my local animal shelter will put most stray kittens to death. It's also healthier for your cat in the long run not to have any more litters - less risk of infection, cancer, or life threatening complications during labor. There are usually inexpensive spay and neuter clinics in almost every community in the United States.
Hope this helps!

The mother needs a break from producing milk, which is best done
by separating her from the kittens. To prevent her glands from
becoming over-full and painful, it helps to impose a 24-hour fast,
withholding both food and water. It sounds cruel, but it forces her
body to reabsorb the milk in her mammary glands, thereby keeping
her from having painful swelling and potential mastitis (mammary infection).

You can also apply an ice pack to the swollen area to reduce pain and
further milk production. Since the act of nursing stimulates the
production of more milk, it is important to keep the kittens away
for at least one week.
