close relations within a family have always fascinated me? the norms of some society view it as taboo but if there is intimacy between on a mutual basis which bring happiness to both then why the big reaction? every child snuggles up to their parents and every human enjoys this intimacy so let get rid of this self righteous nonsense and hypocrasy

If your concept 'close and intimate family relations' is agreed, then there would be no difference between human beings and animals. The meanings of 'close', 'intimate', 'family', and 'relations' are completely lost. When the real meaning of happiness is understood, such abnormal and unhealthy feelings wouldn't crop up in our minds.

Okay, this should go without saying-- the love and affection is that we show for our relatives is COMPLETELY different then that of the kind that we would show a boyfriend, girlfriend, or spouse. Or it SHOULD BE, anyways. If you are having sexual feelings for a realtive, I think that there is seriously something wrong with you, and it wouldn't be such a bad idea to seek out counseling. It's not only morally wrong, it's also GROSS to think about your family members in that kind of way.......EEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWW!!!!!!! Why would you want to go there in the first place?!

seems odd to me if the intimate relationship is close. However, I have dated 2 cousins. Of course, I am adopted so there is no issue with blood relation and having a child with defects.

Yikes. here in Canada you could marry your first cousin even being blood suitable. no longer that I believe it. i'd try finding for somebody outdoors of the relatives (blood or no longer). that is purely a splash too messy once you get in touch with somebody interior the relatives. Then kinfolk would oppose the dating and junk. there are a number of thrilling and sexy people who are not on your loved ones.
