Mr Smith was a False prophet and NO CHRISTIAN

DOCTRINE AND COVENANTS

93:29 Man was also in the beginning with God. Intelligence, or the light of truth, was not created or made, neither indeed can be.

it seems that man is NOT a created being in LDS Teachings

33 For man is spirit. The elements are eternal, and spirit and element, inseparably connected, receive a fulness of joy;

"God himself was once as we are now, and is an exalted man, and sits enthroned in yonder heavens!!! . . . We have imagined that God was God from all eternity. I will refute that idea and take away the veil, so that you may see" (Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, p. 345

God has always been God (Psalm 90:2; Isaiah 57:15)

"The Father has a body of flesh and bones as tangible as man's" (Doctrine and Covenants 130:22. Compare with Alma 18:26-27; 22:9-10)

God is a spirit without flesh and bones (John 4:24; Luke 24:39)

Mormon
Jesus is the literal spirit-brother of Lucifer, a creation. (Gospel Through the Ages, p. 15)

Hinckley says Mormons Believe in a
Different Jesus

"In bearing testimony of Jesus Christ, President Hinckley spoke of those outside the Church who say Latter-day Saints 'do not believe in the traditional Christ.' 'No, I don't. The traditional Christ of whom they speak is not the Christ of whom I speak. For the Christ of whom I speak has been revealed in this the Dispensation of the Fullness of Times. He together with His Father, appeared to the boy Joseph Smith in the year 1820, and when Joseph left the grove that day, he knew more of the nature of God than all the learned ministers of the gospel of the ages.'" (LDS Church News Week ending June 20, 1998, p.7 )

Jn 8:24 I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am the one I claim to be , you will indeed die in your sins."

Question if the elements are eternal and God was once a man like us, then how can the LDS god be the creator. it seems that the LDS god is not all powerfull if he was a man like us at one time. where did he come from then, who created your LDS god if he was a man like us. Before the LDS god was a god who was his god. it had to have a beginning.

The bible says Jesus created ALL things from NOTHING

Jn 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Jn 1:2 He was with God in the beginning. Jn 1:3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.

Col 1:15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

Col 1:16 For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him.

Col 1:17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

D&C 131:7 There is no such thing as immaterial matter. All spirit is matter, but it is more fine or pure, and can only be discerned by purer eyes;
8 We cannot see it; but when our bodies are purified we shall see that it is all matter.

So according to LDS teaching God did NOT create the world ex nihilo rather, God had materials to organizethe world out of chaos--chaotic matter. The elements had an existence from the time God had.

Joseph Smith, Teachings of the prophet Joseph smith, comp. Joseph Fielding Smith ( Salt Lake City: Deseret Book, 1976),p. 351.

What does the word of God say.
NIV
1Ti 4:16 Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.
2Ti 2:15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
1Co 4:6 Now, brothers, I have applied these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, so that you may learn from us the meaning of the saying, “Do not go beyond what is written.” Then you will not take pride in one man over against another.
Jude 1:3 Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt I had to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints.

You as a mormon have to answer this question. Who will you believe. The bibles clear teaching That Jesus is the creator and had NO beginning and no ending. or

the LDS teachings, god was once a man like we are now. therefore the LDS god had a beginning and is NOT the creator.

Jesus loves you and wants you to know the truth. read your own teachings

Jn 8:32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

What type of people would throw an Innocent man, A man of God, that did nothing but bring the truth to the world) into jail then gun him down. The same type of people that hijack an airplane and crash into buildings I guess.

Wow! Sounds like you know a lot about this religion. Also sounds like you are all for religious freedom and such. If you don't like the message someone is teaching or you don't like the individual teaching it, throw them in jail as a lunatic, burn their homes, destroy their property and send mobs to kill them. Ahh, the America I have always wanted! Sounds like you would make a better Muslim with the inability to allow diversity in thought.

Have you read the Bible? Have you seen how many prophets have been killed? He was killed. Murdered. The U.S. law failed to protect the freedom of religion and the safety of it's citizens. Please people, just use your minds a little and think before you speak.

For someone who accuse Joseph Smith being a liar,
you yourself is much worthy of such title.

your intention of deceit is clear.
Judgement will be by your own words.

He was killed by a gun.

I doubt it was the sort of gunfight you see in Western movies.
