D-O-C-T-O-R! One that knows something about nutrition.
When I was 28 and in the best shape of my life, I weighed 110. I am 5'3 1/2. At 31, I was in Navy boot camp and weighed 115.
Chances are you have a physical problem that needs to be checked.
And looking "hot" is not all it is cracked up to be.
I have looked hot at 110, 115, 130, 145, and even now at 171, I am in a great relationship with a wonderful man.
You are not exercising enough for good health. What is your calorie intake like? WHAT do you eat?

you should eat 3 moderate meals and 3 snacks a day and should be aiming for a caloric intake of about 2000 calories a day. eat real food which includes plenty of brightly colored fruits, vegies, berries, soy products, and a lot of lean heart healthy proteins and fats. it's not just eating when you're hungry to gain weight. you need to fuel your body every 3 hours or so. don't skimp on exercise, do your 60 minutes a day, but eat high calorie foods, too, such as peanut butters, home made quacamole with whole wheat tortilla chips and cheddar cheese, granola, soy products, plenty of fish, chicken, salmon, tuna, and lean cuts of red meed and pork. if you continue to see no changes, add another 250 calories to your intake. you could visit a nutritionist who may be able to help you with your goals.

There could be all manner of reasons. You may have an extremely small frame for your height. You can check your frame size at the sites below. You need to take a note of your wrist measurement and elbow breadth.
If you have a very small frame and your lean body mass is between 70lb and 80lb, then you may well be fine. To add pounds, you can start weight training to build muscle mass, which will increase your lean body weight.
If you are concerned, you should see your doctor to have your thyroid checked. Take care : )

I think you'll have to provide a link to some pictures of you to really be able to judge if you're healthy. Some people just carry weight differently.

Whats your goal because you're certainly not over weight. If its a matter of gaining weight you're going to need a high calorie diet.
