Promoting safe sex is very important; however, at the same time, while promoting safe sex you can just be promoting sex in general. Then again, teens are going to do it anyway, so why not try to make them practice safe sex.
I think condoms should be distributed in school in general; however, there should at least be a program supporting it.

I think that is a must in these days and times...sex is not something for the married anymore its all around us and weather you teach your kids good morals or not love or lust will get in the way with the world saying everywhere that sex is on top of the list ...rules have changed and so to be responsable everyone else must change to acomadate for that~~~~> :o)

I don't know if it's a quick fix but condoms should be available everywhere free of charge, for everyone.

I don't think they should be distrubuited because it might offend some people, but I think if you want some you should be able to og to a nurse or a guidance conselur and get one.
