Do any of you think/see how crazy relationships and power struggles withen them are getting? The man saying hes the man and throwing around his power...but also the wife trying to take over and be the boss of him? iv read that science has proven it puts me in depression and hurts them mentally(on the sub consious) when the wife is the one providing, basically wearing the pants. Im not saying thats terrible or the woman should stay home. But do any of you see this and want to be a wife, beside your husband..but let him take the lead in a sence? Do any of you see the coralation between women getting equal rights to men, and outside jobs, and making more money than their husbands...that they are taking over the husband role..being the boss..wearing the pants? wanted some females points of veiw

Although I absolutly agree with equality for women. I can see where your coming from. Men are no longer have a certain role within the family, this leads to an identity crisis as they dont quite understand where they are. Society has completely changed so the only way to resolve this with your wife is to create a certain role for each of you.

Boy you better run, because I have a feeling some feminists are going to be kicking your butt within the hour...
I believe a man and a woman are equal. I believe a man should work, and be a provider, and a woman, although she can provide also, should be the one who takes care of the children, and house. I think it's great if you can have a career and balance your family or kids, but I think way too many women are neglecting what they do best; and that's nurturing, and caring for humanity.

when i do get married hopefully my husband will not have the mentality that if i make more money then him, that im wearing the pants in the house. if he does think like that, then i think i made a mistake in my choice of being with him. He will always remain the man and I the woman, no one above anyone. we will both pay the bills we will both run things. this is not back in the day when he has to make more money to feel like hes in charge. He will always be the man and I wont down play his part as hopefully he wont do to me

Many women think that being submissive to their husband means giving up their right to an opinion and having any power over the decision making.
I am a submissive partner. I do not see it as being under his power. Rather I see it as giving him my support and allowing him to be the man. I still have my own opinions and I voice them. I have a contribution in decision making but allow my man to make the final decision after discussing and taking my opinion into account.
He does not dominate me physically or emotionally. Everything is done with a kind, respectful and loving manner. It creates balance and harmony in our relationship.

I think in a relationship it should be 50/50. They have to meet each other half way. But on the other hand the man does have a little bit more responsibilities. Thats how i feel
