I am writing a story about the first time a girl tells her boyfriend that she loves him. I need to use a lot of descriptions as to how she is feeling and I am trying to get every aspect of the anxiety she feels.
What are some of the physical symptoms that you think she would go through when sitting with her boyfriend right before she tells him she loves him?

I dont know if your inlove or have ever been, try to remember how you felt.
Here are some ways i felt. Butterflyes in your tummy like going on a roller coaster, crying for no reason, hands get really shakey, feel cold even when its hot, Bitting lower lip, and studdering when i talk....
I hope this works out for you

My friend is always physically sick before interviews etc, I'm not sure that would go well with the scene you're writing about though.

For me usually just that horrible feeling inside where you're stomach is in knots, although before my driving test I actually felt quite hyper and was dancing around my flat listening to my favourite songs and singing my heart out.

Before a rollercoaster ride or on a scary flight I'll get nervous giggles and just laugh until it's over.

A girl I went jetskiing with in Australia broke out in hives when I was in control of the jetski.

Never actually told anyone I loved them properly so no idea what this would be like. Good luck with the story.
