they are processed garden peas....cooked....when you cook fresh or frozen peas you are processing them...it is the processing proceedure that give you the different taste each company has its on proceedure..

i like frozen backyard peas. i like to take a bowl of them and sook them until eventually they are thawed and eatable. that's a wee bit like having a pea ice cream!! Processed peas are way too squidgy for me!!

processed has additives, like salt, sugar etc and not very healthy
