A bunch of smoothie recipes

Nutella Super Smoothie
1/2 cup nutella
1 pint low-fat vanilla yogurt or regular vanilla yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1 pint mixed fruit, frozen or bananas, cut into 1 inch pieces

Put all ingredients into blender & puree for 2 minutes or until
smooth.

Peanut Butter Smoothie
1 cup vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter

In a blender container, add all ingredients.
Blend together until smooth.

Chocolate Banana Malt Shake
1/2 very ripe banana, cut into chunks & roughly mashed
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons milk
14 ounces vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon instant malted milk powder (optional)

Place mashed banana, syrup, milk, ice cream& malted milk powder (if
using) in blender.
Blend on med-high speed until all ingredients are thoroughly blended
and smooth.

S'more Smoothies
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1 cup milk
2 cups ice
2 graham cracker squares
mini marshmallows
mini chocolate chips

Add the marshmallow creme to the container of an electric blender.
Add in the chocolate syrup and milk.
Add the ice on top and crumble the graham crackers over the ice.
Cover and blend on high until smooth and all the marshmallow creme
has been incorporated.
Pour mixture into 2 chilled glasses; garnish with the mini
marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Banana Berry Smoothie
1 large frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup orange juice

Peach and Yogurt Smoothie
2 lbs ripe peaches (Peeled if wanted)

2 pints lemon sherbet, softened
1 1/2 cups cold milk
2 cups frozen fruit, such as peaches,blueberries or raspberries

In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.

Cranberry Velocity
2 cups cranberry juice
2 cups fresh frozen raspberries
1 frozen banana, sliced
1-1/2 cups (packed) lime sherbet
1 tablespoon limeade concentrate

Pour the juice into the blender pitcher. Add the raspberries,
banana, sherbet and the limeade concentrate. Blend on high speed
until smooth. Pour into four 10 oz. or two 20 oz. chilled glasses.
Put a lime wedge on the rim of each glass. Serve immediately.

Lime and cranberries will give you powerful incentive to start your
day.

This is soooo easy and good. My mom makes it all the time.

STEPS.

1. GET..
two bananas.
6-8oz of milk *whole, 2%, 1%, skim, etc*
(8oz is your regular mug size)
7-10 ice cubes ( this depends on how big your ice cubes are )

2. BLEND

3. DRINK



Note: No sugar is needed. The banana itself is already very sweet.

add strawberries, banana, peaches or other fruits along with ice and a little orange juice to a blender. Blend well and and you have a fruit smoothie. You can also add yogurt for a more creamy smoothie.

Make them shakes, or smoothies, with plain vanilla yogurt, fresh fruit, some splenda to sweeten, and ice. Put all in a blender and mix well. They make great after school snacks.

make smooties for them with all different types of berries, mango, bananas, etc. put in some ice, some apple juice or orange juice and it comes out almost like a slushy. Yummy, and healthy.


The adults can add vodka or rum for an "adult" health drink.

also try to make shakes. in the shakes you can add liquid vitamins too

I think it's great you have a vegan child! I vote for vegan sloppy joes you can google some recipes and kids love sloppy joes! Just no eating over the carpet. Just think of all the great sloppy joe eating mishap pictures you'll take. It will be great!
