For thin crust pizza, I would have to say Oreganos - some of the best thin crust that I have had anywhere (both their BBQ chicken and plain pepperoni are as good as any pizza I have had on this planet - including New York, Chicago and Italy). They have several locations including one on Scottsdale Ave and one on University near ASU (also ones in Flagstaff and Tucson).

For deep dish, I would vote for Nellos - another great family run place. They have a whole grain deep-dish crust pizza baked in a brick oven that is out of this world. Their speciality salads are great too (and I am not really a salad person). Try the 'Old World Classic' salad with the special house dressing. Several locations in the valley, including Warner and 48th St and near Southern and McClintock.

For high-end, fine-dining pizza, I would say it is a tie between Pizzeria Bianco (downtown near the Science Museum) and Grazie (old town Scottsdale). Both are frequently mentioned on national listings.

All are really good, but if I had to choose just one, it would be Oreganos.
