I downloaded Motorola Mobile Phone Tools 4.0 from Emule. I can send it to you if you want it. It lets you transfer files to and from your phone among other things.

I found Motorola Phone Tools on ebay.. decent price.. and works great..

You can't have Verizon though! They disable their phones ability to transfer information to a computer.
