Bring him to the vet. Vitamins will not help. Not eating or drinking can be signs of internal injury, liver disease, kidney disease, a blockage, hemmorhage, anything.
They need to do bloodwork first, a CBC, and diagnostics to see if he is in some sort of organ failure or having an infection.
Then they will do an x-ray if that comes back normal. After that, you will talk to the vet and ask them what they recommend next. They will probably keep him for observation, run an iv, and tempt him to eat. If he doesn't, they may do an exploratory. If he does eat, and begins to eat after being rehydrated, then he might be able to go home.
Perhaps all that happened is that he got severely dehydrated and now won't eat. You won't know for sure until you take him to the vet.

Hon, this is a time when you need to get him into the vet. Don't waste any time. Animals cannot go without food the way humans do. You may have to get him hydrated with an IV, so he does not go into dehydration, which he probably already is, being he is such a tiny dog.
I have heard that boiled hamburger will help if a dog is not eating. But it sounds more like your dog is either in pain, or something is going on with him that is not right. I hope you take immediate action.

Recently my 10 year old dog was the same, apart from she would eat, only eat, she wouldnt drink or move so we took her to the vet, he said aslong as a dog eats thats all that matters, anyway she had alot wrong and is only surving on steroids right now! :( its so hard to see them go down hill, 15 is alot older, but im sure your vet will do what is he can to try keep him with you longer or certainley whats best for the dog, vet quick time, it could be something they could fix, 3 days is long enough to leave it! you will regret it if you leave it longer.

If he is not eating or drinking and he is lethargic he needs to see a vet, even if there are no other symptoms. This can be a sign of very serious issues and could cost your dog his life.

Time to get off the computer, Call your vet and take your little dog to the vet, He needs to be seen right away. His kidneys could be shutting down as we are typing.
He needs fluids right away!
Good Luck!!!

Check his gums if they are turning grey he needs fluids. Most illness the dogs dies of dehydration. Chihuahuas don't eat a lot are you sure he hasn't gotten a few bites when you didn't know it. What about bowel movements? Are they solid and healthy.

It sounds like your dog is either lethargic or depressed. Either way, it is bad. Perhaps it has an upset stomache. Try and give it some pediltle (unfalorved.) That's what I always do, and she picks right up the next day.

My dog had similar symptoms, but after awhile started vomiting and trying to pee all the time but nothing came out. Turned out to be kidney stones. Please take him to the vet asap.

you can try the local shelter, sometimes they have affordable veterinarians. Thats where I take my dog and cat, since we also can't afford vet bills.
