My Husband is showing symptoms of a possible bipolor disorder and I feel like if I don't get him the right help soon our lifes will quickly spin out of control. Please help!

The best way to go about it is to ask your primary care doctor for a referral and have him ask the psychiatrist to fit you in right away, otherwise you may be waiting for a while to get help. If things get bad enough please go to the ER with him.

St. Vincent stress center on the northwest side is the best. I can tell you from experience that there are NO GOOD psychiatrists in central Indiana, but they do the least harm while trying to do good. At least they have groups that help people help themselves. Better that anyone at the Indiana University Hospital or Methodist.
