I would like to start giving my 14 month old who only has eight teeth some more table food.
Any ideas on some good meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Thanks for the help.

hello.. my son has 8 teeth too (some of which haven't fully come out). at this age you should start giving him whatever you are eating, unless it is spicy or too hard. but chop up the food into small pieces so he/she can't choke on them.

if you're not eating nutritious meals, it's may be time to rethink your own menu.. that's what happened with us.. but at this age, baby shouldn't have their own special meal anymore.

You can give your child a lot. My daughter is now 20 months old and eats about everything. She has 12 teeth. She will chew steak but won't swallow, just keeps chewing it so I don't give her steak any more. My daughter loves everything. For breakfast: Toast, bananas, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, grapes, apples, applesauce, yogurt... For lunch: All kinds of sandwiches, chicken, hot dogs, more fruit or veggies, mac and cheese... For Dinner: Chicken, veggies, mashed potatoes, pasta, soups, chili (not too spicy, of course), rice, pork, etc. I usually cut everything up in pieces small enough for her to pick up and put in her mouth or put it on a spoon or fork. She's still learning how to use a spoon and fork on her own. Hope this helps!

For Breakfast, get a zip lock bag put 2 eggs in it then put any meat, cheese also in it. Shake the bag and mix it up. Burp the Bag( let the air out of it) put it in a pot of boiling water for 13 minutes (no more or no less). When it is done put it on a plate and you have the perfect omelet

My son just turned one and he eats basically everything that we eat, just smaller. He eats meat and chicken as long as it is cut up. Of course, you can feed cereal for breakfast like Kix and Cheerios (they are very good for kids). My kids also like stuff like oatmeal and maltomeal. Also, toast, eggs, french toast, waffles, pancakes. For lunch, mac and cheese, sandwiches (my boys love peanut butter and jelly and tuna) remember to watch them if they have never had nuts or peanut butter. I actually also buy the cheapy budget meals (like a tv dinner) and they are pretty good. Most contain a meat like chicken nuggets, or fish or turkey and they also have potatoes or peas and carrots. For dinner, like I said, he basically eats what we do. i always try to have a veggie and fruit with dinner so he has a little more variety. Make sure you cut pears and such up kinda small because even a kind of soft fruit can get stuck in their little throats! Its actually kind of fun to come up with new stuff, and I always try to sit down and eat with them, even if its just a snack.

Lots of vegetables now will help him like them when he is older.
