Boneless, skinless chicken breast. Pound until flat, put a slice of cheese, ham or any kind of meat, onions, etc. Roll the chicken like a jelly roll, put a can of creamed chicken or mushroom soup over the chicken and bake 350 degrees about 45 minutes. It's really easy. Just add a can of veggies and a hunk of lettuce with dressing and you have a full meal. Another thing that is really easy and tastes pretty good is a large can of beef stew over rice. That wouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes until it's ready to eat.

Mash potato's is easy to make and kids don't complain about it. Then throw on the side some cold meat like ham or something else. Quick, easy and cheap. Enjoy!

Beans on toast. Or eggs on toast. Or anything on toast. Spaghetti bolognese is quick and easy too! I'm doing turkey fritters with potato wedges and baked beans. (I couldn't be bothered to cook either!)
How about burger with a side salad then? And fries?
