My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Some think they'll lose more weight, while exercising ... because they sweat more w/the Saran wrap wrapped around them. Maybe they do, but, it's all just 'water weight' and as soon as they refresh their system with water ... the weight returns. If they do lose a substantial amount of weight, it's simply due to the exercise ... not the Saran wrap.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

No, but here what will. Deep in your middle is a muscle that acts as a natural corset. When you walk, or whenever, do this excrcise. let all your breath out and suck your tummy in. Hold your stomach in and breath slowely for 30-40 seconds. Repeat.

No, it's a temporary water-weight loss gimmick. As soon as you begin hydrating and eating again, your stomach puffs back up.

no, don't do that, it'll probably flatten it a little bit cause you're losing water but that results on your skin getting all wrinkly in that area
