Okay, let's assume your wife agrees with this, etc.
(1) Good lighting, good camera (digital SLR) and a macro lens.
(2) Use a digital camera and practice, practice, practice...
See if you can find a copy of an out-of-print book called "Femalia" by Joani Blank. It's a non-sleazy collection of such photos.

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.
It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.
It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google

Make sure there's adequate lighting indoors, and make sure she's well-groomed. Finally, make sure she's washed up well down there, because the stink lines get in the way on the pics.
