Be happy. Maybe she is waiting for marriage or at least a committed relationship. That's honorable, not a bad thing. Have you talked about a romantic relationship? If you are good friends, maybe that's what she wants. Maybe she considers you a friend, nothing more. Simple friends do not sleep together.

Uh, If she can tell you she can't sleep with you I's sure she can tell you why? Are you expecting something you shouldn't be? Perhaps she sees you as a friend and this may shock you but all friends do not sleep together....most times they just hang out...sort of like what you two have been doing.....get it?

like the other guy said, she's not using u. if u think about it, she could think that U are using HER. just dont pressure her into it. maybe she has some insecurities about it. or maybe she's not ready? if u really are only in the relationship for "it" then i suggest u get out of it and go find a more intimate girl. this way u wont be wasting both of ur times.

Be patient. Let her decide for herself when she is resdy to do so. I have said it so many times and will say it again. Having sex should be a spontaneous action and not planned like a business transaction.
