There may be somthing there.I'll explain several mechanisms.Firstly theres atrophy.You're probably not as active since you're sick thus not stimulating the muscles.Catabolism,you're probably not eating as well either thus causing your body to metabolize lean muscle.Also a fever can lead to muscle wasting.All of these things can factor in to weight loss while sick.

Does!! Not dose! Dose, a unit of measurement used when prescribing medicine. What's a musscle. I looked that up in the dictionary, and.....it's not a word. BTW, it "having". Instead of worrying about your musscle mass, why not spend time on your English grammar.

a little bit but if you go back into healty routine you'll be fine.
If you throw up you are gonna loose muscle mass.
Don't eat codl food when you have have flu or cold eat warm/ hot foods liek soup avoid cold dairy unless it is hot milk

Remember... Muscle has memory. So you'll be back to normal within a week or two if you are a gym rat.
