We are always excreting 24/7..don't forget, Carbon dioxide
is a gaseous emission, and we emit that 24/7..so its not just
farts and belches, my friend......hope this helps..

properly i think of off nutrition went a see nutrition yet 3 or 4 circumstances an afternoon however the think of is that went i think of of nutrition i think of abut my tomy to that is going to get massive i mea massive so dont think of to many circumstances of nutrition

I have never counted, but it is better to release than to hold it in. Holding it in causes intestinal pain. So, letter rip........
