i've done no specific research and i'm not studying this. the only fact that is , i'm under stressful conditions rite now so i tell you from personal experience. YES!!!

back ache, knee ache, vertigo, eye sore, nervousness, nausea, head ache nearing to migraines, impossibility to sleep, stiff neck, impossibility to focus when particularly stressed, inability to keep calm (specially me, i snap at everyone) and i'm not ususally like this. i'm the type, live and let live but not recently.

You betcha, cause disease too...caused by dis-ease. You should read the book by Louis L Hays "You Can Heal Your Life"....just see if any of the things in there fit people you know.

Do your own essay... and yes, but start with looking at the effects of cortisol on the body and you will be on your way.
