my dad is having parapelagia fromlast 25 yrs.any treatment through which he can walk again?

my dad fell down frm a tree by accident and he was paralysed .one of the vertebra got shifted in his abdomen .and since he cannot walk through ex he improved but now due to age factor (65)no recovery.any treatment possible?

it sounds like ,at his age, he will not walk due to the shifting. He should stick to the chair...
