I've heard that tuna and salmon are good for you because they contain the necessary Omega-3 fatty acids but then I see something on the Internet that salmon may not be good for you after all. So what kinds of fish ARE good for me?

Salmon and tuna are probably the best. However salmon comes with a high fat content, well fishwise atleast. The reason why so many people say eat salmon is because of the vital nutrients it gives you such as the omegas. However, if you're trying to cut back on fat I would recommend going to your local pharmacy and/or health store and buying flax seed oil and using that to obtain your omegas (it saves you 9g's of fat!).

In a recent study it was found that all fish are good for you. I prefer smaller fish, such as goldfish or maybe even a beta. The problen with salmon and tuna, is that they take up so much room in the tank. Unless you plan on eating the fish after you have raised them as pets, I recomend smaller spiecies!!
