it hurts when I go to get up, there is no knot & it don't hurt to touch it just a sharp pain on the inside of my leg. Its been off & on about 2 years but this is the worst its been.

I get that when I sit wrong and cut off the circulation, dont do it for a while then forget and do it again.

Do you sit with that leg bent under you?
