There used to be an ingredient in eye drops that could also be used as a laxative, but they have since then removed the ingredient, so no, you would just be ingesting eye drops for no reason whatsoever. If you want a laxative, why not just go to the store and buy a laxative???

RE:
Does ingesting eye drops work as a laxative?
In a scene in Wedding Crashers, they pour eye drops in a guy's drink. He drinks it and I think he shits a lot but he does throw up. Is this for real?

If it weren't for stupid people we wouldn't have warning labels on anything. "Dear 'Preparation H', I ate this whole dang tube and I still have these hemeroids! My mouth is so small I can't eat a jelly bean, but I can whistle really good!" Just because the bottle doesn't say: "Warning, do not injest because you might have seen someone do something similar in a movie," doesn't mean that you should try it.

Yes, it is an old bartender trick, to get back at customers who pis them off. Put a couple of drops in a drink, and mr. bad customer will be sick as a dog. It goes to show that the old saying "don't make your server/bartender mad, they serve you your food and drinks" is true.

Works best when you add eye drops to someones alcoholic beverage!. You can set your watch by it.
For a bartender it is the best way to get rid of the really obnoxious creatures!
