I feel more balanced, and energised, and settled when I drink more water. When you don't drink your water, it makes you hungrier, then you end of eating junk and feeling bloated. So drink your water!

I drink about one gallon of water per day and I only drink distilled water as it is the purest water you can drink. When I started to drink a lot of water I noticed I had higher energy levels and less of an appetite. When I drink something else, it is generally green tea.

I drink about 4 glasses of water a day and I find that it really helps with the growth of my nails and hair. If i am not drinking water, I usually stick to ice tea since I do not like soft drinks.

Take your body weight and divide it by two. That's how many ounces of water you should be shooting for a day (unless you are incredible obese-- say over 350 pounds or so. Then check with your doctor).
I drink very little besides water. Occasionally I will have tea or diet soda, but not often.
When I drink enough water, I notice I don't feel hungry as often (many people actually mistake thirst for hunger) and my skin looks so much better. I just feel and look healthier!

I don't buy into this " you need 8 cups of water a day or whatever" where not in the desert we can survive without drinking tons of water. I drink sports drinks and soda and I feel fine and hydrated.

Drinking water really helps. Keeps your body cool. I drink about 7-8 glasses . if I am not drinking water i take orange juice or lemonade.

I drink about 2L of water every day, or.. I try anyway.
I feel a little bit more energized after drinking A LOT of water on certain days. It cleans out my system from bad stuff that lowers my immune system and makes me feel lousy and tired.
I drink pink lemonade, diet pepsi, or milk. soda and sugary drinks are baddd! but i'm working on cutting it out and only drinking milk and water for a while.

I don't drink as muchas I should but I notice the difference when I make a conscious effort. I go to the bathroom more, and I don't eat as much - I don't snack as much I should say. I feel better, and more energetic.
