Your GPA is strictly confidential. Your school isn't even allowed to give information on your grades to anyone, unless you explicitly give your permission.

As a result, there really can't be any database (other than your school's) that contains your GPA.

Many schools do have their database online, where people can view their grades. If you have a password protected student account on their system, chances are there's a place where you can look at your grades without having to write a letter or make a trip to some office.

There's no centralized database that keeps your GPA. You have to find out through your school.

At your school. No big deal if you went there in the last 30 years.
If your transcript predates computers it may be history.
