No, the risk of food poisoning is to great. However, the chicken will be good for a day or two in the fridge. Best bet, bake it today and make chicken salad

It's never a good idea to refreeze poultry due to salmonella! If the chicken is still partially froze i'd say it prob. would'nt hurt anything to freeze again, but if chicken has already thawed, maby try boiling it and putting it in fridge for some tasty chicken & dumplings for another day!

If it's thawed then don't put it back in freezer. You could get food poisoning if you re-thaw and eat it at a later date.

You can't put it back into the freezer.
Once you have thawed meat you must cook it.

You can but it really isn't a good idea. I suggest you cook it and then freeze the cooked chicken.

NO you need to cook it right away chicken carries Salmonella and if you don't die you will get real sick .Never refreeze Poultry
