i can dislocate both shoulders touch the top of my head with both wrist with my arms behind my back

i am double jointed if i ever get arrested is it resisting arrest if i pop my arms to the front

I can do that, plus a lot more, any way i don't think it would resisting arrest if you did that, they should simply uncuff you tell you not to do that again n cuff you back up.
