This is a serious answer, so I have complied with your instruction.
First, "feet" is plural--the word, that is--and requires a plural form of the associated verb.
Some1 is properly "someone" and "over weight" is hyphenated. 50pounds requires a space between the two entities. Always capitalize "i" when referring to yourself and also capitalize the first word of any sentence. (And your first sentence is called a "run-together" one. It would be better as three short ones.)
The "right?" ending on your third (or second, it is hard to tell which you mean for it to be) sentence should be preceding by a comma (,). And "nyway" is not a word. I assume you meant to type "Anyway". (It should be set off by a preceding comma (.), as well.
"Its" should be "It's"--and "just" is not necessary. Either you are wondering or you are not wondering. --"Just" is not needed.
Don't use double marks to end a sentence. "Dont" needs to be typed "don't" and a parenthetical expression or phrase, such as "lol", always should be set off by M-dashes (--) or, again, commas.
I assume that "plz" is meant to signify "please" and here, again, a preceding comma (,) is necessary.
Oh, and while this isn't absolutely necessary and is mostly a matter of style, conditional queries usually use the opposite verb form to the conventional--thus, "If someone WERE 50 pounds ... ", rather than "If someone WAS 50 pounds... ".
Finally, the "is" in your question should be capitalized.
Have a nice day.

Of course. you have fat cells everywhere in your body. If you gain weight, you gain it everywhere. same goes for losing it. Now that doesnt mean that the size of your shoe is going to change, as that also deals with bone structure. but you will lose fat from your feet. same goes for your hands.

Yes, I only lost 25 lbs and I went down at least a half size in shoes (depending on the shoe sometimes a full size).

depends on how fat the person was...
if only slightly overweight, it would not really make a difference.
