Not at all ! I'm 34 too and will be returning to college for 4 years soon.
I know 3 people personally that went back to school in their 40's, in fact 1 lady was in her 50's and now she has a PhD as a Psychologist.
I am nervous, but if it's what you want to do, you have to go for it. Good luck !

I'm a firm believer in life-long learning, and I share those values with my kids. You are never too old to learn. My mother received her BA in History at 62. Sure, she was nearly always the oldest in her classes, but she had a wealth of experience that provided useful discussion and was respected by younger students. She thoroughly enjoyed her time in University. I was 45 when I received my masters. Go for it - you will not be disappointed.

You are never too old to gain knowledge. It's probably a better age for you to go now b/c you wouldn't be into partying, frats/sorors and you could focus on your studies.

There are several people older than that in my freshman health class, so I would say it is never too late (maybe 60 is too late.)
