1 tablespoon of the spicy garlic sauce is 28 calories
about 500 calories for two larger wings, so thats probably the equivalent to 4 smaller wings. check out www.calorieking.com

If this is homemade, you should look at the side of the box. Calorie count and nutritional facts are on the side of the box. (At least in Canada they are). Same with the spicy Garlic sauce.

ranch and other cream dressings are a death to any diet a person is on. it's funny to see people saying...oh i'm only eating salads now for my diet...but then drenching it with ranch dressing....ranch is high in fat. as long as the garlic sauce doesn't have butter in it you should be fine.

I am not sure of the calorie count. I am sure it is higher than you would think. I do know they are LOADED with carbs!!
