It's not as though if you smoke a joint, you can't get it up. BUT, over the long run, it could have potential sexual side-effects, after smoking continuously over an extended period of time, just like cigarette's. The reason is because it messes with your heart and blood pressure, and we all know that blood is what fills it up making it "hard."
