Sorry, no sources but my belief is, is that it is probably the US when you look at crimes committed against one another. Now, if you are talking about violence committed against other countries or government sponsored violence against their own people then I do not believe it is the US but I'm not sure which country would hold that honor.

somewhere in Africa,,haven't u heard bout the horrible civil war between tutsis and the other tribe can't remember in Rawanda,,some 1+ million lost lives in few days...

Afeica, I know its a continent, but soo many counties in it, have had mass killings, i mean numbering in the millions of dead.... Congo, Sudan, angola, etc.
