Miranda warnings are not required for an arrest. People keep making that incorrect assumtion. The warnings only apply when the police are going to interrogate (question) you after being arrested.
If you were physically harmed by the police, you should tell someone. Especially if you have evidence or witnesses to that fact.

A complaint can be filed against the police. The problem is you can't do it since you are 14. It has to be a parent or guardian (at least there as a witness). How's that for karma.
As far as your Miranda warning: You only have to be read your rights when you are (1) in custody (actual or perceived) and (2) asked an incriminating question (not booking or identification questions).

You have the right to remain silent. If you give up the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to have an attorney before answering any questions. If you cannot afford an atttorney, one will be appointed to you without charge (called the public defender).
Do you understand all of these rights as I have explained them to you?
You are a juvenile! You must do as your parents tell you as long as you live under their roof or attain legal age. (usually 18)
No parent has the right to an assault a child. They can be reported via the police to child protective services and perhaps you may be taken to live in a foster parent's home until age 18.
You do not have permission to steal your mother's car and drive it without permission and then wreck it!
You have a lot going on here!
You need a lawyer to explain everything to you.
GET ONE NOW!

I assume you have a public defender who represents juveniles. If not, get one. A Miranda Warning is given only after an officer tells you that you are under arrest. You can be 'detained' without this warning.

you can put in a big lawsuit against those cops for the violence they gave you for no reason as long as you have evidence they did it. and you can definitely lawsuit them for not giving you your miranda rights and you will be a rich girl for awhile.
