I want to be able to make changes to a PDF that wasn't created by me, is this possible? Is there any software that's able to be purchased etc? I want to be able to make any changes that are needed, not just some...

I can't make changes, with the "text" part, I tried and nothing happens.....It gives you the "text" thing looking like an uppercase I but nothing happens...

You could open it in Photoshop and delete the parts you want to change and then add in the updates.

There are utilities available that convert pdf to other formats (inlcuding .rtf and doc).
You can use teh text selection tool and copy and paste the componants into a word doc and recreate it
You can scan it in and, if you have good OCR software it will create a text document for you

Yes there is software that you can download free off the Internet...I had it put on my computer, and I am to change it from PDF to word and make all necessary changes

ok.... while you have the PDF document open.. right under the toolbar.. there is bar that contains "open", "save a copy", "print", "e-mail".. etc... there is this white hand, it should be already selected, now right beside it, there is this "text" button, click on that, and now you can make changes to your PDF document.
