Make yourself some chicken salad one night and put in in 5 different containers and everyday eat some on bread or with a low fat/low calorie cracker. You have yourself a lunch/snack the whole work week.
Boil some chicken until it's done all the way through throw it in the food processor with some relish, salt and pepper and some pecans(optional) and blend them until it's at the consistency that you like. Stir in as much or as little mayo as you prefer.
Obviously you have to refrigerate it;)

Some salad. It's not very filling, but it's better to be snacking frequently so your stomach is always working.
Get some baby spinach, some creamy ceasar dressing, some cherry tomatoes and some parmesan. Finish with a glass of white wine. It's quite delicious.

This is easy!
Tuna sandwich
*your favourite bread, preferrably brown bread (mmm lots of fibre!)
*a can of tuna
*mayonnaise
*tomato sauce (i prefer sundried tomato ketchup because it has that unique mediterranean flavour
*a squeeze of lemon
*a few drops of tabasco
mix tuna and condiments and take with in a small airtight container. take your bread separately in a lunch box or paper bag so it doesn't get soggy and spread at lunchtime. i recommend completing the sandwich with slices of boiled egg, tomato, cucumber and alfalfa.
