does every guy's penis work differenly? or are they just all the same???

It is normal for a man's penis to rise and fall several times a day, and even while sleeping.
A man can get a rise without sexual stimulation, based on his body's blood pressure and other physical stimuli, such as anger, aggression, exertion, excitement, etc.
A man, however, thinks of sex every 15 seconds, wheras a woman thinks about it far less.

Yes, a man can get an erection for a multitude of reasons, some of which are purely physical and have no tie to thoughts or fantasies. Sometimes, however, your subconscious mind is feeling sexual toward someone that you do not think you have any interest in.

Mmhmm, as Boogie said... I get complimented on very limited occasions, and these compliments have always been from women I've later become involved with. Guys don't compliment each-other like women do. We don't have *any* use for "Male Beauty" and we don't care about the qualities of men (especially other men). It's just not a natural thing for a guy to hear, from someone other than a potential mate.

Men are always thinking about sex. It is something that is natural as sex itself. Yes, we get hard when mister willey gets crooked in the under pants or even a brush up against the ol twins. Sometimes we have to release this pressure thru masterbation. Sometimes twice or even three times a day.

No...........by definition, a guy can only be sexually arroused by sexual feelings. Ofcourse, sexual arrousal can be produced by a wide spectrum of things.
