I did tell my dentist I was taking coumadin. So, can it cause the gums to be inflammed after the crown be ceme

your gums will bleed more easily than before.I haven`t heard of anything like gum inflammation. and be aware of this fact that most of the drugs have cross action with coumadin. You SHOULD tell your dentist every time to avoid incoming complications

the only thing coumadin will do is to make it more likely for you to bleed after any tooth manipulation it will not cause inflammation
