my son is unable to attend school due to his school not having a nurse. He has a disability and the school will not allow him to attend until they get a nurse. In the meantime he is being tutored for 1 hour a day by the school teachers.. they switch out often, he doesnt know them and they give me 2 hours notice to change the time for tutoring...

I would request an IEP meeting (you have a right to do this) and in this meeting specifically request your son attend a school that meets your son's needs. The school district is required by law to allow your son to attend and pay for him to bused there as well. My prayers are with you =)
