Personally i think that the first move should be done by a guy but today if a girl does the first move then that is ok too!

I know how some people say that it's the 21st century, men and women are equal yadah yadah... but actually it's not. Just like how men are supposed to be the head of the household and women are the ones who have to bear the baby in her womb for 9 months... There will always be fundamental differences between a man and a woman.
So the onus is on the guy to make the first move. If you like her, just tell her and ask her to go out with you. Simple as that. Good luck!

a man because traditionally it is men who are supposed to ask the girls out, because women are usually shy and i guess, if a woman really wants to, she can make the first move, but its better that a "REAL" man makes the first move, cuz a real man is secure with himself to make the first move ;)
