I've heard the Seychelles are out-of-this world beautiful, but also very expensive.
India (Rahjastan especially) would have wonderful weather, and what is more romantic than the Taj Mahal??!! (In Agra)

If you need to do it on a budget, Apple vacations has inexpensive all- inclusive trips to Mexico. The all-inclusive trips serve all food at the resort which is much safer. The food served includes American, Italian etc.
I have enjoyed St Martins because it has a French and a Dutch size. Trinidad and Tobago are fun around Carnival time. The Caymans are great for snorkeling and diving. Figi and Hawaii are beautiful. The Great Barrier Reef in Australia is the best of them all.

Grenada in the Cairbbean is very beautiful. Grand Anse Beach is in the Guinness Book of Records as the most beautiful beach in the world.
People are lovely; no hassle on the beach from people selling. (Unlike Mexico which is a nightmare for beach hawkers)
Lots of hotels on Grand Anse beach but they blend in with the palm trees and no-one is allowed to build above the height of the palm trees so it is truly lovely.
Take a trip with a few buddies on the Starwind yacht which is always anchored off Grande Anse (or ask your hotel activities rep).
Five of us went out dolphin watching on that motor yacht and it is one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had. $30 each lunch included and all the rum punch you can drink!
I would suggest late november/december to avoid hurricane/rainy season.
Tends to be quiet in the evenings: most hotels have some kind of evening entertainment but after that its usually only the bar.
All in all a very beautiful, friendly, relaxing and romantic island. Highly recommended.
P.S. I have travelled alot in the Caribbean and this is definitely my number one choice. I would avoid Mexico like the plague. I hated it.

You're a good man.... Have you thought about a cruise to the Bahamas, Jamaica, or to Mexico. It will be cheaper because the season is winding down.
