Ok, first of all I am confused whether or not to believe my boyfriend. He and I have been friends for years (3 to be exact) and we recently started to date, while we were just friends he told myself and our other friends that he wasn't a virgin. When we started to date he confessed to me that he was a virgin and didn't want the other guys to know in fear they'll make fun of him and hook him up with someone he didn't want to be with. Last night we had sex for the first time and it was scary for me more than him. I asked him afterwards if he really was a virgin and he said yes and then in a joking matter said "well I may not be" and I told him that i'd wish he told me and he shook his head yes. I am not sure what to believe, he is honest about everything so maybe i'm paranoid. Also, I was not a virgin so what should I expect to come out of having sex with a virgin? Is it going to be different for him and will his emotions be different towards me?

It doenst really matter if he was a virgin or not. If he was, then you will always be his first, which makes you special. But it doesnt mean he will automatically fall in love with you.

Hmmm...
First, does it matter whether he's a virgin or not? All this is in the past isn't it.
Second, if you are his girlfriend, shouldn't he have the benefit of the doubt until he's proven guilty?
Third, why are you so scared throughout the experience? Because you are afraid to contracting any forms of diseases? If so, do insist on some form of protection and go get yourself checked while you are at it. (heck, you should always use protection in all circumstances)
But I still think you should give him the benefit of the doubt.
Fourth, why should a virgin's emotions be any different from a non-virgin's? Maybe you can look at your past experiences to ascertain if this worry of yours is unfounded or not...
Whatever it is, practice safe sex. Things happen.

the reason I htink they lie about not being a virgin is because some girls would rather be the first, and would be more apt to have sex with them. if that mkes any sense it all. btw: you can tell if your bf was a virgin by how long it was until he came on his supposed "first time". the longer the time, the more likely he was lying.

Back up, take a breath, and relax for a moment.
Find some time when neither of you are busy and ask to talk with him.
Ask him clearly and directly, and let him know you need an honest answer.
Wait and see what he says, and then you will have more information to think about.

If he was a virgin, he will always remember you as his first. It is very possible that he was a virgin and didn't want his friends to know, men are weird like that.

Well you know how other men act when they get off, so did he act different ? A real male virgin will do some extra moving( if you know what I mean) when they get off.
He might be a little more into you if he indeed was a virgin and will probably want it a LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
